Espejo
El espejo es mirar el sentir del otro en mí, y mi sentir en el otro. Es la conciencia. El espejo es ver el error del otro como propio sin juzgar y desde allí poder ayudar, sanar y sanarme. Yo soy el espejo del otro y el otro es el espejo mío. El espejo es un tránsito por la enfermedad para desenredar el ovillo.
Con la transformación del sufrimiento propio estamos ayudando a otros. Aunque en ocasiones no somos conscientes lo sentimos porque el pensamiento es un lenguaje universal. Lo que le decimos al otro, lo estamos diciendo a nosotros mismos, lo vivimos, lo recordamos: lo bonito lo guardamos, lo feo lo limpiamos. Cada palabra es un eslabón de la eternidad porque viene de la conciencia.
